Lake St Cassien nearby offers a range of water sports or, if you prefer, in less than one hour you can be bronzing on the beaches of the Riviera or losing your shirt in the Casinos of Cannes or Monte Carlo.

 
Outside

Car access via two driveways, one leading to each villa level. Parking for several cars. Wide steps lead down to pool area which is private and sheltered, surrounded by thick hedge and mature trees and has a large paved terrace, fully equipped for sun bathing. The mosaic tiled and heated pool measures 8 x 4.5 x 2.2 metres deep and has an alarm system to meet safety requirements. There is a Boules court (2 sets of Boules provided) and table and chairs for aperitifs during matches. A winding path leads through a peaceful shady area to the fishpond and bench for quiet reflection. A tranquil olive grove of 2000 sq, metres also contains fig and apple trees.
